Day 53 - #365grateful

I'm grateful for my yoga class. I've only been taking it for one session at the YMCA, but it's definitely made me a bit more flexible and improved some of my strength. I was so sore after my first class and I literally shook during that first class. Holding poses can be a challenge! But now after today's class I just feel stretched out and warm. Unfortunately I have to find a new class since my half-marathon group training is at the same time as my previous class, but I would love to continue. Maybe some day I'll be able to stand on my head! (I doubt it though)
